The best car wash in town i drive all the way from Venice which is 20 + miles but worth it. I came her alk the time on my way to sarasota. Very detail oriented an very affordable. Glad i did this place. Why give your hard earned money to postpone who haveed a chain of car washes n don't care! Go here you won't go anywhere else
We called to ask if they steamed cleaned engines and they said yes. We took the car in and explained that it had had an oil leak for several years and we needed the oil that had accumulated cleaned off the engine. The owner or manager looked under the hood and said they could clean it and quoted a price quite a bit lower than a quote at another place. We again asked if they steam cleaned and he said yes, they first sprayed a chemical on to dissolve the dirt/grease/oil and they sprayed with steam. We opted to wait the 45 minutes he said it would take. Twenty minutes later, our car came through the car wash. When we checked the engine, it looked the same. The owner/manager said they had sprayed and cleaned the engine but they could not clean the bottom of the engine because that requires raising the car on a rack that they do not have. BOTTOM LINE: They DO NOT steam clean engines because they can't. He then said they would only charge $15 for the cleaning which we paid. I have since checked their pricing online. For $13.95 you get a wash, dry, interior vacuum and windows cleaned inside and out. ALL they did was wash and dry for $15!! What a rip off and waste of money! We did not even get a good car wash, are out the $15 and still have to get the engine cleaned elsewhere. Beware what they tell you they can do and what they actually do.
This used to be the best car wash in town. My car too had been vandalized but Management made up for the stolen item in services. Now under new management, the car wash appears to be understaffed, though there were 4 young men just standing around the vac area while several customers were waiting out front for their cars. There was one car ahead of me when I arrived and it took over an hour for a routine wash. I was in a hurry to make an appointment. When I arrived at my destination I realized I did not get the service I paid for. Wheels were filthy and the car was not clean. Several other customers complained and all agreed they would not be back.
Awesome job! they got stains off my Honda that no other car wash could get off! not a speck of dust on the inside, and not a spot on the paint or windows! shiny too!! Best Car Wash in Sarasota/Venice! (Really friendly staff too! they let my son ride through the car wash!)
I wanted anyone who was planning on to go here BEWARE! I went inside to sit as the men cleaned my car. I went to get my iPhone of my purse and remembered I left in car.They told me your car is ready. I got on my car and my iPhone was gone. I said to the manger. My iPhone is missing from my car. I know it is here . I used it to listen to music in my car. I asked a customer to call my phone for me. It went straight to voicemail. Ok now I am really worried. Someone shut it off. I ask the manger to look for it. He said it is not here. I told him it was here and if I didn't get it back I would call the police. 3 mins later he said we found it sorry. I got my iPhone retuned to me. I know that an employee there was planning on stealing it. NEVER GO THERE!
